About Us Capital Kids Occupational Therapy began in 2000. Owner, Lynne F. Fleming OTR/L has an extensive background working with adolescents who have a diagnosis of neurological impairments including traumatic brain injuries. This practice expanded to including children with a variety of neurological and developmental diagnosis. In 2006, Lynne developed a collaborative relationship with Pediatric Physical Therapy, Inc and KidSpeak, LLC to provide comprehensive, pediatric services. That
